Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any point, and downgrade your plan as long as you’re outside the fixed period. Changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.

Yes. Similar to mobile phone contracts or rental agreements, all our plans come with a minimum agreement length and agreed cancellation period to protect all parties. The minimum is 3 months, but we also offer lifetime discounts if you choose a longer minimum term. We will highlight the minimum term and cancellation requirements before you sign your agreement.

Within the first 14 days, you can cancel immediately, and only pay for the services already delivered or part completed.

Outside of the cooling-off period, and as with any subscription based service, if you did want to cancel, you just need to follow the terms set out clearly in your agreement and be outside of the minimum term (3, 6 or 12 months depending on what you chose).

On a practical level, you just need to send us an email and we will confirm the final payment date and any other details.

At the end of the contract period, the agreement will switch automatically to a rolling contract using the terms unless you request to cancel. Should you decide not to continue, you must give notice via email and comply all the required terms.

We will confirm the final date and supply any final documents. You will continue to have access to any documents created throughout the course of the project, however, all access to reporting dashboards will be removed at the end of the project.

For ease/effeciency, all transactions will be via direct debit. However, in order to be flexible we reserve the right to allow payment via either debit or credit card in certain circumstances with the same payment terms. Any additional fees for card handling will be covered by the customer and all payments must clear by the regualr due date.

Yes, there is a 5% discount if you agree to a 6 month minimum term or a 10% discount for a 12 month minimum. The discount will apply for the entire period and will only cease should you cancel the contract or take a break once out of the minimum contract term.
